Change is difficult, I know because I've been there. I had an unhealthy relationship with food for a long time. There were many ups-and-downs physically, emotionally and mentally and I constantly thought about food or judged what I had just eaten. After finding yoga, I decided to educate myself and change my perspective on health and wellness.
I believe that wellness should be about nourishing and nurturing your internal and external environments not an all-or-nothing approach.
You can achieve a balanced and fulfilled life.
